Token Allocation

The SUPERLUXE.io $ARTX Art Utility Token allocation and vesting schedule is structured to ensure long-term alignment of interests among all stakeholders and incentivize their sustained engagement in our ecosystem.

TGE: A total of 100 Million (100,000,000) $ARTX Tokens were minted on the Solana Blockchain on 09 September 2024

The Tokens have been distributed to 7 separate Wallets as follows:

  1. Treasury (20%):

A total of 20 million $ARTX Tokens have been earmarked for Treasury. There is no cliff period, with vesting scheduled to occur over 36 months. At the Token Generation Event (TGE), 20% of the Treasury allocation, i.e. 20 million tokens, will be unlocked.

  1. Team (15%):

15 million $ARTX Tokens have been allocated to the SUPERLUXE.io Team. This comes with a 6-month cliff, after which vesting will occur over 36 months. No Tokens are unlocked at the TGE.

  1. Ecosystem (30%):

The largest allocation of 30 million $ARTX Tokens has been allocated for the SUPERLUXE.io Ecosystem development.

  1. Airdrop (5%):

5 million $ARTX Tokens are allocated for airdrops, with no cliff and vesting over 24 months. At the TGE, 5% of this allocation, i.e. 5 million tokens, will be unlocked.

  1. Marketing (10%):

10 million $ARTX Tokens are allocated to support marketing activity, including PR, Social Media, Events and more.

  1. Private Sale (5%):

Early Supporters of our Project will receive a total of 5 million $ARTX Tokens, with no cliff and vesting over 24 months, split 50% in 12 months and 50% in 24 months. No tokens for early Supporters were unlocked at the TGE.

  1. Liquidity (15%):

15 million $ARTX Tokens are allocated for liquidity purposes. This is the only category where all the Tokens are unlocked at the TGE, reflecting the need for immediate liquidity in the ecosystem.

In total, 75 million $ARTX Tokens will be unlocked at the TGE, comprising 20 million $ARTX Tokens for Liquidity, 50 million for Treasury and 5 million for the Airdrop pool.
