The SUPERLUXE.io $LUXX Art Security Token is a digital token representing a collection of wallets containing NFTs on the Solana blockchain.  &#x20;

Owning art in an NFT wrapper solves the double-spend paradigm of multiple copies and provenance.   As all transactions are stored on an immutable ledger, a pricing mechanism becomes a predetermined algorithm which can be used to value a curated collection of art.&#x20;

Tokenisation allows for royalties to be paid back to the artists and SUPERLUXE on every commercial transaction, as well as a transparent and secure method of Token-holders owning a fractional part of the SUPERLUXE art collection.  &#x20;

A $LUXX Token-holder will benefit from a curated and diversified collection of art that reflects the marketplace pricing trends of associated art and any sales of NFTs in the $LUXX wallets.

All holders of the $ARTX Art Utility Token will automatically be migrated to the $LUXX Token, pro-rata their $ARTX holding.&#x20;
